Vancouver is where Kor Structural began, and it remains the centre of the practice — more than one hundred projects across the Lower Mainland.

Our Burrard Street head office holds the largest concentration of our engineering, drafting and project management staff. From here we deliver high-rise residential and mixed-use towers, commercial and institutional buildings, and seismic upgrades throughout Metro Vancouver.

Working in one of the most demanding seismic and regulatory environments in the country has shaped how we practise everywhere else. We collaborate closely with architects, developers and contractors from concept through construction, designing structures that are efficient to build and sound for the long term.
