One of the three towers built along the perimeter of Rogers Arena, Aquilini Centre South stands at 30-storeys and is primarily residential with 270 units. Designed by Francl Architecture and built by Aquilini Investment Group, Aquilini Centre South is on the edge of many neighbourhoods, such as Yaletown and Gastown, giving its residents great access to all of Downtown Vancouver.
