At the time of construction, this 25-storey landmark residential tower offered the highest elevation of any other building in downtown Victoria and features 176 luxuriously appointed 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, all built over five levels of below grade parking structure. The total gross buildable area is estimated to be 198,638 sq. ft. Construction was completed in 2020.
