Jeremy is a seasoned structural engineer, serving as Principal and Senior Structural Engineer at Kor Structural. He also extends Kor’s presence to the Okanagan, where he currently resides. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia, he possesses a wealth of expertise and hands-on experience in all aspects of structural engineering. Following graduation, he came to Kor Structural where he quickly established himself as a technical leader and innovator.
In his current role, Jeremy plays a pivotal part in the successful execution of projects, overseeing every stage from conception to completion. With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning from Southern California to the Interior of British Columbia, and from one to more than sixty stories, his proficiency as a structural engineer ensures structures that are not only robust but also resilient in the face of natural disasters.
To that end he also built Kor’s performance-based seismic design capabilities from the ground up and manages a small team of technical experts to complete these challenging projects.
Jeremy also participates in several technical committees including the Los Angeles Tall Building Structural Design Council Technical Committee and NEHRP Provisions Update Committee Issue Teams and has presented lectures on Performance-Based Seismic Design for the Structural Engineers Association of BC.
