Three towers in a master planned community

One 37-storey residential high-rise tower (Tower 1) with four attached townhouses and two-storey amenity building at grade level, 330 residential units total, approximately 278,480 sq.ft. gross buildable area, all over five levels of underground parking; one five-storey rental building with 57 residential units, approximately 47,086 sq.ft gross buildable area; one 29-storey residential high-rise tower (Tower 2) with three attached townhouses at base, 225 residential units, 209,418 sq.ft. gross buildable area; and one 28-storey residential high-rise tower (Tower 3) with commercial space and three attached townhouses at grade level, 231 residential units, approximately 200,664 sq.ft. gross buildable area, all over four levels of underground parking which is shared with Tower 2 and the rental building. Construction of all three towers is complete.

Notable KOR Structural Solutions

  • All buildings feature concrete construction, with 8” thick concrete flat slabs on typical residential levels and thicker slabs on parking floors.
  • Concrete shear walls arranged into a central core in the middle of each tower provide lateral resistance to wind and seismic loads.
