Jason Stuart actively leads the growing specialized wood-frame team at the firm where he shares his extensive structural design experience and thorough knowledge of various materials on multiple projects.

Jason is a seasoned structural designer and project manager who goes above and beyond to support project milestones, maintain open lines of communication between all stakeholders, and carefully supervises all phase of his projects from preliminary design through construction and project completion. Clients value Jason’s precise knowledge of materials and Canadian Codes that are essential when designing mixed-use commercial, wood-frame residential, steel structures, and concrete buildings.

Notable projects that Jason has worked on include the Fraserview Care Facility in Richmond BC, River District in Vancouver BC, Monument in Vancouver BC, Conrad in Vancouver BC, the Klahanie Townhomes in North Vancouver BC, Basalt in Vancouver BC, and The Gardens development in Richmond BC.

Jason graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2001 with a Diploma of Technology. He joined the Kor team in 2003 and became a Principal in 2009.
